Job Description
Indero is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Builder to design and develop electronic case report forms (eCRFs), visit schedules, and data quality checks for clinical research studies. This remote role primarily involves Medidata Rave CDMS, with potential work on Veeva or Medrio systems, in a collaborative, dynamic environment focused on dermatology and rheumatology trials.
All activities adhere to regulatory requirements, ICH guidelines, and Indero SOPs while meeting sponsor timelines.
Clinical Study Builder
- Department: Biometrics / Clinical Data Management
- Key Systems: Medidata Rave (primary), Veeva, Medrio
- Focus: eCRF design, edit checks, integrations, and study build for global trials
Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of Rave CDMS study build experience
- Certified Medidata Rave Study Builder (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CRF design and database programming
- Understanding of drug development, GCP, and ICH guidelines
- Excellent project planning and time management skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage multiple studies and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure CRFs, folders, edit checks, derivations, and reports
- Set up Coder, Local Lab, and Targeted SDV modules
- Lead eCRF design and review meetings
- Provide user and technical support
- Conduct end-user training sessions
- Collaborate with Lead Data Managers and vendors
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
- Contribute to writing and updating Rave CDMS SOPs
