Job Description

Technical Staff/Executive – Packing

• Department: Packing
• Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) / Diploma
• Experience: 1-4 years
• Role: Supervise packing line operations, ensure cGMP compliance, documentation, and smooth production flow

Skills/Qualifications

• B.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or relevant Diploma
• 1-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical packing operations
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and ALCOA+ principles
• Proficiency in SOP handling, documentation review, and SAP reporting
• Familiarity with packing machinery operation, cleaning, and changeover
• Understanding of in-process checks, deviations, and CAPA
• Commitment to safety, EHS guidelines, and quality standards

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate manpower and supervise packing lines
• Ensure uninterrupted machine operations
• Maintain cGMP and safety compliance
• Review documentation and perform line clearance
• Conduct in-process checks and investigations
• Handle CAPA, SOPs, and SAP reporting
• Train team and monitor equipment calibration
• Operate, clean, and changeover machines
• Report deviations and resolve minor issues
