Skills/Qualifications

Essential

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, or related field

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)

  • Respond to medical queries and complaints in French via phone, email, or fax
  • Record and report Adverse Drug Reactions within regulatory timelines
  • Execute drug safety data management and case follow-up
  • Perform quality control, tracking, and reconciliation activities
  • Create and revise training materials
  • Conduct trainings and assess effectiveness
  • Ensure data quality and compliance with SOPs
  • Handle additional assigned duties
