Fortrea is seeking a skilled Medical Contact Center Associate II with fluency in French to support its pharmacovigilance and medical information services.

Skills/Qualifications
Essential
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, or related field
- 2-3 years of safety/pharmacovigilance experience (adjusted based on degree level)
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements, Pharmacovigilance practices, and ICH GCP guidelines
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
Preferred
- Fluent in French (verbal and written, preferably C-level)
- Experience in call center operations
- Degree in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Chemistry
- Ability to analyze and synthesize medical information

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to medical queries and complaints in French via phone, email, or fax
- Record and report Adverse Drug Reactions within regulatory timelines
- Execute drug safety data management and case follow-up
- Perform quality control, tracking, and reconciliation activities
- Create and revise training materials
- Conduct trainings and assess effectiveness
- Ensure data quality and compliance with SOPs
- Handle additional assigned duties
