- Basic phlebotomy skills and venipuncture technique

- Process, aliquot, store, and ship biological samples as per protocol
- Monitor and record temperature/humidity in storage areas
- Assist in instrument calibration and preventive maintenance
- Supervise custodian activities and support sample segregation
- Handle audits and respond to findings promptly
