Skills/Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in API or pharmaceutical intermediate manufacturing processes
- Strong knowledge of chemical synthesis, reaction monitoring, and scale-up for Production roles
- Expertise in quality testing, documentation, and compliance for QA/QC roles
- Understanding of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements in the chemical/pharma industry
- Ability to handle production blocks or lead teams (especially for Block In Charge positions)
- Good problem-solving, documentation, and safety awareness skills
- Willingness to work in a shift-based manufacturing environment
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise day-to-day production activities in intermediate manufacturing blocks
- Monitor chemical reactions, process parameters, and equipment operations
- Perform quality testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Ensure strict adherence to GMP, safety, and environmental standards
- Maintain accurate batch records, logs, and documentation
- Support investigations, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee production blocks as Block In Charge (for senior candidates)
