Aurobindo Pharma is conducting a walk-in interview to strengthen its manufacturing and quality teams at the Jadcherla facility. Openings are available in Production (OSD) and Quality Control (QC) departments for both executive and technical assistant levels.
Production – OSD
- Department: Production
- Work Area: OSD (Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling)
- Position: Executive / Sr. Executive, TA / Sr. TA
- Qualification: B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
- Experience: 2–6 years
Quality Control – QC
- Department: Quality Control
- Work Area: IP/FP, RM/PM, Stability, GLP, HPLC, GC
- Position: Executive / Sr. Executive
- Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy
- Experience: 2–6 years
- Position: Executive / Sr. Executive / TA / Sr. TA (Support Level)
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc.
- Experience: 2–8 years
Skills/Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in OSD processes – Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Capsule Filling
- Strong knowledge of IP/FP testing, RM/PM analysis, stability studies, HPLC, and GC
- Good understanding of GLP, GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to handle documentation, investigations, and compliance activities
- Team coordination and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in Oral Solid Dosage manufacturing is highly preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling operations
- Perform IP/FP, RM/PM, stability, and analytical testing using HPLC & GC
- Ensure adherence to GMP, GLP, and safety standards on the shop floor
- Maintain accurate batch records, analytical data, and documentation
- Support process validation, method validation, and audit readiness
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement CAPA
- Train and guide junior team members
