Job Description

Skills/Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in injectable shop floor activities (Filling, Sealing, Capping, Stoppering, Vial Washing, Autoclave, Filtration, Ophthalmic, Suspensions, Lyophilization)
- Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory compliance, and sterile manufacturing
- Supervisory and team training skills for senior roles
- Expertise in QMS elements including investigations, CAPA, change control, and risk assessment
- Ability to prepare BMR, BPR, SOPs, and handle audits
- Experience in trend analysis, OOS, OOT, and MDE
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
