Job Description
Alivus Life Sciences is expanding its Dahej API plant and inviting applications for the following positions:
API Production
- Qualification: Diploma in Chemical / B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry
- Experience: 2–6 years in API Production
- Key Skills: Handling reactors, centrifuges, and other equipment; sound knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and clean room operations
Quality Control (QC)
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry
- Experience: 2–6 years in Quality Control
- Key Skills: Hands-on experience with HPLC, Wet Lab, GC instruments; strong knowledge of GLP, lab software, and SOPs
Engineering – Utility / Instrumentation
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation
- Experience:
- Utility: 2–8 years in Chemical / Pharma / API utility operations and troubleshooting
- Instrumentation: 2–7 years in PLC and field instruments
- Key Skills: Utility supply, troubleshooting, regulatory documentation, and cGMP compliance
Common Requirement for All Positions: Exposure to regulatory documentation and cGMP standards.
Skills/Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in Chemistry, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering
- Hands-on experience in API manufacturing, analytical instruments, or utility systems
- Strong understanding of cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work in clean room / plant environment
