Skills/Qualifications
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in OSD formulation manufacturing
- Hands-on experience in Compression and Capsule Filling machines (for Production)
- Strong knowledge of Process, Packing, and Utility equipment (for Engineering)
- Good understanding of cGMP, SOPs, and documentation practices
- Ability to work in shift operations
- Team player with safety and quality focus
Key Responsibilities
Production Role:
- Operate and maintain high-speed Compression and Capsule Filling machines
- Ensure smooth batch execution as per BMR and SOPs
- Maintain cGMP compliance and good documentation
- Troubleshoot machine-related issues during production
Engineering Role:
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of OSD Process and Packing machines
- Manage Utilities (HVAC, Water Systems, Compressed Air, etc.)
- Support qualification and validation activities
- Ensure equipment uptime and compliance with regulatory standards
