Skills/Qualifications

• Knowledge of pharma maintenance, troubleshooting, air handling units, water systems, DG/transformer operation (Engineering)
• Expertise in sampling, analysis, review of utility samples (WFI, PSG, compressed air, Nitrogen), method validation, process validation (QC Chemical)
• Proficiency in microbiological analysis including EM samples, water, RM MLT, equipment qualifications, media fill (QC Micro)
• Hands-on experience with injectable equipment: autoclave, filling machine, washing machine, isolator cleaning, VHP, glove integrity test, aseptic interventions
• Strong understanding of GMP, GDP, 21 CFR, data integrity, online documentation (BMR, logbooks)
• Ability to handle manpower in shifts, good communication skills, and sense of ownership

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of pharma equipment and utilities
• Conduct sampling and analysis of chemical and microbiological samples
• Review utility samples and support method/process validation
• Operate and maintain filling, washing, autoclaving, and sterilization equipment
• Execute aseptic interventions, isolator cleaning, and glove integrity tests
• Maintain documentation with high data integrity and GMP compliance
• Supervise shifts and handle batch manufacturing activities
