Job Description
BDR is conducting a walk-in drive for multiple departments including Production (Injectable), Quality Control (QC), and Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL). Openings span from Technician to Managerial roles.
Production – General Injection
- Department: Production (Injectable)
- Role: Auto Clave; Filling & Capping (DPI); Overall GT & Washing
- Position: Sr. Executive / Officer / Technician
- Experience: 3–8 years (GT & Washing: 3–5 years)
- Education/Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, Diploma, ITI
Quality Control (QC Chemical)
- Department: Quality Control
- Role: QC-Investigator; QC-Reviewer; QC-Analyst; QC-GLP/QMS/Documentation
- Position: Executive / Officer / Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager
- Experience: 3–15 years (role-based)
- Education/Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc
ADL (Analytical Development Laboratory)
- Department: ADL
- Role: Scientist-ADL; Query & Characterization; Documentation Review; MS&T-ADL
- Position: Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive / Sr. Officer / Officer
- Experience: 3–12 years (role-based)
- Education/Qualification: M.Pharm
Skills/Qualifications
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and QMS documentation
- Experience in regulated markets and USFDA plants preferred
- Hands-on with injectable production processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork
Key Responsibilities
- Execute production and QC activities as per SOPs
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
- Perform analysis, investigation, and documentation
- Maintain accurate batch and lab records
