Available Positions
1. Project Coordinator (Localization)
- Department: Project Management
- Work Type: On-site, Full-time, Permanent
- Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire life-cycle of localization projects in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate all project phases and predict timelines effectively
- Handle communication (email & calls) with internal teams, global PMs, vendors, and clients
- Provide timely updates on deliveries and schedules
- Negotiate deadlines and rates with vendors
- Monitor project status, manage finances/budgeting, and maintain documentation
- Perform quality checks and deliver final deliverables with QA feedback
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (other languages are a plus)
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar corporate role
- University Degree (preferably in IT)
- Strong detail orientation, multitasking, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure
- Highly proficient in MS Office and Windows
Desired: Experience in localization project management
2. Clinical Document Specialist I (eTMF)
- Department: Localization / Clinical Operations
- Work Type: On-site, Full-time, Permanent
- Location: Aundh, Pune
- Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (General Shift)
Key Responsibilities:
- Review essential and non-essential TMF documents and ensure accurate indexing and filing in eTMF
- Maintain quality standards and daily productivity goals as per SOPs
- Update study-specific trackers and communicate with stakeholders
- Coordinate with Clinical Document Team Leads for project queries
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support inspection readiness and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research (site management, site start-up, eISF, Pharmacovigilance, CTMS, medical writing, Regulatory Submissions, Data Management, or related areas)
- Knowledge of clinical development phases, GCP, and ICH regulations
- Superior written and spoken English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of eClinical technologies is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
3. Configuration Specialist I (eTMF Implementation)
- Department: Tech / eClinical
- Work Type: On-site, Full-time, Permanent
- Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure application settings in Trial Interactive as per project requirements
- Provide application support via online Service Desk ticketing system
- Perform QC of configuration settings and validation
- Handle user queries, access issues, workspace setup, and functional support
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Computer Science preferred for freshers)
- Superior written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good knowledge of computer fundamentals, web applications, and browsers
Desired:
- Fresher with relevant degree or 1 year experience in IT Service Desk, Helpdesk, Technical Support, or US customer support
- Knowledge of eTMF, Shared Workspace, Document Management Systems, or Life Sciences industry (pharma, biotech, CRO) is a strong advantage
