Job Description

Opportunities are available in upstream, downstream, and quality management systems within biologics manufacturing.
USP Production (Upstream Processing)
- Department: Drug Substance Production
- Role: Fermentation / Mammalian Cell Culture
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
- Education/Qualification: Biotechnology (M.Sc/B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech)
DSP Production (Downstream Processing)
- Department: Drug Substance Production
- Role: Purification / Chromatography Operations
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
- Education/Qualification: Biotechnology (M.Sc/B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech)
QMS Production (Quality Management System)
- Department: Drug Substance Production
- Role: Documentation, Compliance & Quality Systems
- Experience: 2–15 years
- Education/Qualification: Biotechnology (M.Sc/B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech)
Skills/Qualifications
- Experience in mammalian cell culture and fermentation processes
- Hands-on expertise with SS bioreactors (≥500L capacity)
- Knowledge of chromatography systems and purification techniques
- Familiarity with automated TFF systems and column operations
- Strong understanding of CGMP guidelines and compliance
- Experience in TrackWise QMS documentation
- Skills in deviation handling, OOS, OOT investigations
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor bioreactors and fermentation systems
- Perform downstream purification using chromatography
- Maintain compliance with CGMP and regulatory standards
- Conduct deviation investigations and root cause analysis
- Prepare and review QMS documentation
- Ensure equipment qualification and validation
