Job Description
Veeda Lifesciences is expanding its Business Development team and is looking for skilled professionals to support proposal writing and client coordination activities.
This role involves working closely with internal teams and global sponsors.
Proposal Writer – BA/BE (Business Development)
- Department: Business Development
- Role: Proposal Writer
- Experience: 2–4 Years
- Education/Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc / Pharm.D
Skills/Qualifications
- Strong understanding of BA/BE studies and clinical research
- Knowledge of proposal writing and quotation preparation
- Familiarity with CRM tools and documentation systems
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to interact with global clients and stakeholders
- Understanding of regulatory and clinical trial processes
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely feasibility inputs from internal departments
- Prepare BA/BE quotations for global clients
- Develop study quotes including Phase I and biosimilars
- Coordinate with HODs for pricing and approvals
- Draft agreements for various clinical studies
- Communicate with sponsors and third-party vendors
- Maintain and update CRM systems regularly
- Support monthly and quarterly business projections
- Manage controlled documentation efficiently
- Provide end-to-end business development support
