Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone calls, emails, or chat.
- Manage international voice processes across a range of industries.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Eligibility Criteria
Experience:
- 0–1 year in BPO or Call Center industry (freshers are welcome).
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in any specialization.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in English and Hindi (both verbal and written communication).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Experience in international voice processes.
- Typing skills in Hindi are a plus.
