Job Description
Lupin Ltd is conducting a Walk-In Drive for multiple openings in Production (API) and Quality Control (API/FML) departments at its Mandideep facility. These roles are critical for supporting high-quality API manufacturing and ensuring compliance with cGMP and data integrity standards.
Production – API
- Department: Production – API
- Experience: Freshers to 7 years
- Education/Qualification: Diploma/B.Sc/M.Sc – Chemistry
Quality Control – API/FML
- Department: Quality Control – API/FML
- Experience: 2 to 7 years
- Education/Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Pharma
Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum 60% in highest education (for candidates with less than 5 years experience)
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, Data Integrity, and QMS (CAPA, CCP, Deviations)
- Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments and manufacturing equipment
- Awareness of regulatory requirements and documentation practices
- Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
Production Roles:
- Execute shift production and shop-floor activities
- Operate reactors, sparkler filters, candle filters, centrifuges, and dryers
- Fill BPRs and handle online documentation
- Perform SAP-related activities efficiently
Quality Control Roles:
- Conduct sampling and testing of RM/Excipients
- Operate HPLC, GC, IR, UV, Dissolution, Polarimeter, Titration, KF, and PSD (Malvern)
- Handle OOS/OOT, deviations, and investigations
- Use LIMS software and maintain data integrity
