Job Description
Promea Therapeutics is seeking a dynamic finance professional to lead and support the Finance & Accounts function. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning in a growing medical devices and pharma manufacturing environment.
Jr. Executive / Executive – Finance & Accounts
- Department: Finance & Accounts
- Experience: 2–4 years
- Education/Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Accounting or Finance (MBA Finance / CMA preferred)
Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in Pharma or Medical Devices industry
- Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools
- Experience in project finance, cash flow management, and working capital
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations including payables, receivables, and general ledger
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports
- Handle GST, TDS, PF, and other regulatory compliances
- Oversee project cash flows and fund management
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities
- Implement and upgrade ERP/accounting systems
- Lead vendor payments, client invoicing, and reconciliations
- Support board reporting and strategic financial planning
