Education and Experience Requirements
- Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc., B.Pharma, or a related pharmaceutical degree.
- Experience:
- 4 to 7 years in Quality Control or as a Reviewer/Analyst in the pharmaceutical industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Review and analyze Quality Control (QC) test data and document results accurately.
- Assist in developing and validating new testing methods.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, GLP, and regulatory standards during all QC activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of QC activities.
- Participate in internal and external audits and inspections.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using quality control equipment and software.
- Strong attention to detail.
