Biology Department – Research Associate / Scientist

Skills/Qualifications
- MSc in Biochemistry or Biotechnology
- Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture
- Expertise in primary cell isolation and handling (PBMCs/monocytes)
- Strong knowledge of cell viability and proliferation assays
- Experience with ELISA and cell-based assay development
- Proficiency in biochemical assay development
- Ability to perform Dose Response Curve (DRC) and IC50 analysis
- Skilled in multichannel pipetting and 96/384-well plate handling
- Experience with instrument handling, particularly Envision reader
