Job Description

Lambda Therapeutic Research is currently seeking a Clinical Research Associate I to strengthen its Business Development team. The role focuses on research, data analysis, and lead generation from clinical trial registries, regulatory databases, and market intelligence to identify new business opportunities in the CRO sector.

Position Title: Clinical Research Associate I

• Department: Business Development / Clinical Trials Management Support
• Market: Global Clinical Research Organization
• Role: Lead generation, database research, and strategic insights for business development
• Experience: 5 years
• Education/Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc. or equivalent in Life Sciences

Skills/Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, data cleaning, filtering, and analytics)
• Experience in pharmaceutical or CRO business development and market research
• Ability to analyze clinical trial registries, SEC filings, and ANDA databases
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as Apollo.ai for prospecting and outreach
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities with BD teams
• Understanding of regulatory databases and competitive intelligence

Key Responsibilities

• Search clinical trial registries and regulatory databases for leads
• Build and maintain structured lead databases in Excel
• Conduct data mining for new drug development opportunities
• Track regulatory approvals and company pipelines
• Prepare reports and dashboards for BD strategy
• Use Apollo.ai for AI-driven prospecting and outreach
• Collaborate with CTM and BD teams on targeting strategies
