Clinical Research Associate (Entry Level)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits
- Verify source documentation and case report forms
- Ensure investigator and site compliance with protocol, GCP, and regulations
- Review regulatory documents and investigational product accountability
- Monitor patient recruitment and retention at sites
- Document adverse events and protocol deviations
- Prepare monitoring reports and follow-up letters
