Skills/Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Nasal, Derma, Ophthalmic, MDI, or DPI manufacturing
- Knowledge of HPLC, GC, Chromeleon software, Malvern PSA, and other QC instruments
- Strong understanding of GMP, data integrity, and 21 CFR Part 11
- USFDA & MHRA regulatory exposure (mandatory for QC roles)
- Equipment handling skills (DARA, PKB, IMA-PG, Norden, etc.)
- Minimum 60% marks if experience is less than 5 years
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Nasal and Derma filling & packing machines
- Perform QC analysis of finished products
- Conduct Assay, RS, DDU, Spray Pattern, and PSD tests
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and data integrity
- Support calibration and maintenance of lab instruments
