Job Description
EVERSANA is looking for a detail-oriented Research Assistant II to support systematic literature reviews, evidence synthesis, and related research activities for life sciences clients.
Research Assistant II
- Department: Clinical & Medical Research
- Role: Research Assistant II
- Qualification: BSc or equivalent in Biology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Epidemiology, or related medical field
- Experience: Minimum 1.5 years in systematic / structured literature reviews
- Location: Pune (Remote-friendly)
Skills/Qualifications
- Strong technical competency in EndNote and DistillerSR
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Experience in developing research protocols, PICOS framework, PRISMA flow diagrams, and risk of bias assessments
- Adaptable to shifting priorities and timelines
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in systematic literature reviews, indirect treatment comparisons, and landscape assessments
- Develop research protocols and define PICOS inclusion/exclusion criteria
- Conduct abstract and full-text screening using DistillerSR
- Perform data abstraction, validation, and quality/risk of bias assessments
- Create PRISMA flow diagrams and support manuscript/abstract/poster development
- Participate in client meetings and support training of peers on tools
- Contribute to best practices and SOP development
- All other duties as assigned
