Skills/Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in injectable shop floor activities
- Knowledge of Compounding, Filtration, Filling, Sealing, and Stoppering
- Experience in Garment Washing, Vial Washing, Autoclave operations
- Expertise in Ophthalmic, Suspensions, and Lyophilized products
- PLC/SCADA systems, calibration, and troubleshooting of sterile utilities
- Water testing, in-process sampling, MLT, Bioburden, BET, Sterility testing
- Strong understanding of QMS, training, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to supervise teams and ensure GMP adherence
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise compounding, filtration, filling, sealing, and stoppering operations
- Handle vial washing, garment washing, and autoclave activities
- Perform calibration and maintenance of PLC/SCADA and filling lines
- Conduct in-process sampling and analysis of water, bulk, and finished products
- Ensure compliance with USFDA and other regulatory standards
- Provide training to team members on SOPs and best practices
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to maximize plant uptime
- Support Lyophilization processes and related testing
