Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1 to 4 years in BPO (Finance & Accounting domain).
- Education: B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance-related fields).
- Skills Required:
- Expertise in AR, OTC, or RTR processes.
- Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and journal entries.
- Additional skills in Visual Basic or Macro development are a plus.
Work Environment
- Comfortable with rotational shifts (UK timings).
- Ability to join within 30 days.
Key Responsibilities
- Process transactions related to Accounts Receivable (AR), Order to Cash (OTC), and Record to Report (RTR).
- Ensure accuracy in billing, cash applications, and journal entries.
- Provide outstanding customer and client service with a focus on timely problem resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams for process improvements.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused with an ability to multitask.
