- Proficiency in handling QC instruments (HPLC, GC, Dissolution, UV, FTIR)
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, IPQA, line clearance, and investigations
- Experience in environmental monitoring, media fill, sterility, and BET testing
- Expertise in plant maintenance, utilities, HVAC, and water systems
- Excellent documentation and data investigation skills
- Ability to work in cleanroom and regulated environments
Key Responsibilities
- Execute aseptic manufacturing and filling operations
- Perform QC analysis of RM, PM, IP, FP & stability samples
- Conduct IPQA, line clearance, and validation activities
- Handle environmental monitoring and microbiological testing
- Maintain utilities, HVAC, and water systems
- Investigate deviations and implement CAPA
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
