Job Description
Topiox Research is seeking experienced bioanalytical professionals to join its analytical research team. The selected candidate will play a key role in LC-MS/MS method development, method validation, and sample analysis for IVPT (In Vitro Permeation Testing) studies.
Executive / Senior Executive – LC-MS/MS Method Developer (IVPT Studies)
- Department: Bioanalytical Research
- Role: LC-MS/MS Method Development and Validation
- Experience: 5–8 Years
- Education/Qualification: M.Pharm, M.Sc, or equivalent
Skills/Qualifications
- Strong expertise in LC-MS/MS method development
- Experience with bioanalytical method validation
- Knowledge of IVPT studies and permeation analysis
- Expertise in Liquid-Liquid Extraction (LLE)
- Experience with Solid Phase Extraction (SPE)
- Knowledge of Protein Precipitation (PPT) techniques
- Understanding of receptor fluids and skin tissue matrices
- Ability to develop ultra-sensitive analytical methods
- Knowledge of FDA bioanalytical guidelines
- Knowledge of EMA bioanalytical guidelines
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Familiarity with GLP and GDP requirements
- Analytical problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop LC-MS/MS bioanalytical methods.
- Validate methods according to regulatory requirements.
