Job Description
Aragen Biologics Solutions is seeking skilled biotechnology professionals to support its biologics manufacturing operations.
The selected candidates will contribute to upstream manufacturing activities, process optimization, documentation compliance, equipment qualification, and quality management systems while ensuring adherence to GMP standards.
Executive / Senior Executive – Upstream Manufacturing

Skills/Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of mammalian cell culture processes
- Experience in biologics manufacturing operations
- Hands-on exposure to single-use bioreactors
- Understanding of GMP requirements
- Knowledge of process characterization and validation
- Experience with batch manufacturing records (BMR)
- SOP preparation and documentation expertise
- Root cause analysis and deviation management skills
- Equipment qualification experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

- Execute mammalian cell culture manufacturing processes
