About the Role
Job Role: AR Caller Trainee
- Work in an international voice process (US Healthcare).
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) calls during night shifts.
Shift Timings
- 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
- 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduates (2024) with no arrears or backlogs.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0-1 year of BPO experience (domestic or international).
- Skills Required: Strong English communication skills.
