Position Summary
As an EHS Specialist II, you will support the Life Sciences Product Compliance teams. This role involves coordinating customer enquiries, managing regulated product assessments, and ensuring product compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
- Coordinate and manage customer enquiries effectively.
- Collaborate with customer services and other key stakeholders to provide seamless support.
- Compliance Review:
- Evaluate product compliance against pre-set regulatory criteria.
- Oversee the coordination of customer End Use Declarations and regulated orders.
- Data Management:
- Update ERP systems and ensure accurate data management.
- Coordinate and maintain registration documentation.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to ensure effective communication and activity coordination.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS) in a scientific discipline or extensive experience in a scientific environment.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly, succinctly, and professionally across all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm, professional, and positive.
- Highly motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple activities concurrently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- General interest in IT systems and tools.
