Job Description
- Provide resolutions for customer queries via email and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Ad Serving issues.
- Maintain high standards of customer service with excellent communication.
- Meet customer service metrics such as CSAT and TRT.
- Escalate issues timely and effectively.
Skills Required
- Strong proficiency in English communication (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and web page behavior.
- Analytical skills and empathy during customer interaction.
- Experience in digital marketing, ad platforms, or tech support is an advantage.

- Night shift availability is required.
