Job Description

  • Provide resolutions for customer queries via email and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Ad Serving issues.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service with excellent communication.
  • Meet customer service metrics such as CSAT and TRT.
  • Escalate issues timely and effectively.

Skills Required

  • Strong proficiency in English communication (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and web page behavior.
  • Analytical skills and empathy during customer interaction.
  • Experience in digital marketing, ad platforms, or tech support is an advantage.

Additional Details

  • Night shift availability is required.
