1. Officer / Senior Officer – EHS (Dahej)
- Education: B. Sc. / M. Sc. Chemistry or B.E. Diploma in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 3-7 years in EHS systems & compliance in a chemical / pharma / agrochemical plant.
- Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Achieve zero injuries in the workplace.
2. Executive / Senior Executive – HR & Admin (Ankleshwar)
- Education: MBA (HR) / MHRM / MSW.
- Experience: 5-7 years in HR & Admin functions in a chemical / pharma / agrochemical plant.
- Responsibilities:
- Talent acquisition, recruitment, and development.
- Handle the complete HR life cycle.
3. Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – HR & Admin (Dahej)
- Education: MBA (HR) / MHRM / MSW.
- Experience: 7-10 years in HR & Administration in a chemical / pharma / agrochemical plant.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage core administration (security, housekeeping, transportation, canteen, CSR, etc.).
- Oversee recruitment, local liaisoning, contract labor, and other HR processes.
4. Officer / Senior Officer – Liaisoning (Dahej)
- Education: Any Graduation.
- Experience: 4-7 years in government liaisoning (DIC, GIDC, GPCB, etc.) for chemical plants.
- Responsibilities:
- Handle liaisoning renewal or amendment.
- Maintain relations with government agencies and offices.
5. Officer / Senior Officer – Purchase (Dahej)
- Education: Any Graduation.
- Experience: 2-3 years in sourcing, negotiation, and procurement in chemical plants.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement of raw materials and engineering supplies.
- Handle ERP systems for purchasing and supply chain management.
