The Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Brand Marketer to lead Vedanta 2.0’s story. This role will drive brand growth, enhance brand equity, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies that unify various strategic communication pillars into one strong, cohesive, and compelling story.
• Drive brand growth and enhance brand equity through targeted initiatives.
• Position Vedanta as a dynamic leader in critical minerals, energy, and technology.
• Craft a compelling narrative to resonate with stakeholders, shaping positive perceptions and driving corporate reputation.
• Create brand campaigns to elevate Vedanta’s visibility and foster pride of association among stakeholders at national and state levels.
• Showcase stakeholder value creation and highlight how each new entity contributes to the broader vision of Vedanta.

The Successful Candidate

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Business, or related fields. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Experience:
  15+ years of work experience in brand and marketing roles.
  Proven experience in executing digital media campaigns.
  Strong understanding of change management, B2B marketing frameworks, digital transformation, data analytics, ROI measurement, and industry regulations.
• Skills:
  Expertise in brand valuation, industry compliance, and marketing metrics.
