Skills Required
Qualifications
- M.Sc./M.Tech or equivalent qualifications in Biological Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or related disciplines.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in one or more digital pathology analysis software packages, including:
- HALO
- Visiopharm
- Definiens
- Inform
- Aperio Image Analysis
- Programming skills in analytics tools such as:
- R
- Python
- MATLAB
Additional Skills
- Knowledge of various digital imaging scanners and/or experience in imaging chromogen and fluorescent stains.
- Experience in developing image analysis algorithms for:
- Feature extraction of tumors, stroma, and various cell types.
- Stains and morphometric features.
