Job Details
- Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science (Level 8 degree) or related field.
- Experience:
- Approximately 3 years of experience in a microbiology laboratory setting.
- Good manufacturing practice (GMP) experience is required.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or supervisory roles is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide training and mentorship in microbiological techniques to laboratory staff.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and good manufacturing practices.
- Develop and deliver training programs tailored to laboratory requirements.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Support laboratory operations by maintaining high standards of microbiological practices.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure training aligns with compliance standards.
