Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East Regions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership within performance and battery materials or specialty chemicals industries.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: B.E. in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry, MBA/BBA in Marketing
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in relevant industries (e.g., battery materials, specialty chemicals)
- Skills: Industry expertise, strong client relationship management, and strategic sales acumen
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute impactful sales strategies to achieve growth targets and establish market share.
- Market Expansion: Identify potential customers, assess opportunities, and plan entry into new product ranges.
- Client Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
- Sales Leadership: Grow and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Operations teams to align efforts.
