Job Description
- Designation: Processor (Backend Operations)
Responsibilities
- Processing and/or auditing Benefits/HR transactions accurately and timely
- Working with Subject Matter Experts and managers to identify issues and recommend improvements
- Complying with Data Security and Code of Conduct standards
- Performing data entry and simple process calculations
Required Skills
- Good computer operating skills (MS Office Applications)
- Typing speed of minimum 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in outsourcing and good social skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates with B.A, B.Com, B.B.A, or other specified degrees
- Not eligible: B.Tech, BE, LLB, B.Ed, B.Sc (IT), MCA, or regular MBA
- Provisional Certificate & Degree required
