As an F&B Executive, you will oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring seamless service, high-quality standards, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, collaborate with other departments, and play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily F&B operations and ensure smooth service.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the F&B team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Develop and update menus, ensuring quality options at competitive prices.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and procurement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and pricing strategies.
- Address and resolve customer concerns to enhance satisfaction.
