- Employee Relations: Address employee grievances and promote a collaborative, positive work culture.
- Performance Management: Facilitate appraisals and support employee development initiatives.
- Compliance & Payroll: Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage statutory benefits and payroll processes.
- Training & Engagement: Design and implement learning & development programs and employee engagement activities.
