Key Responsibilities
- Perform organic synthesis and multi-step synthesis processes.
- Handle reactions ranging from milligram to kilogram scale.
- Execute isolation, separation, and purification techniques.
- Analyze compounds using spectroscopy techniques (NMR, IR, LCMS, HPLC).
Required Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in organic and multi-step synthesis.
- Proficiency in analytical techniques: NMR, IR, LCMS, and HPLC.
- Ability to work with reactions at varying scales (mg to KG).
- Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
