Regional Business Manager (RBM)
- Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture or equivalent
- Experience: 12+ years in the pesticides business
- Locations: Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Gujarat
- Job Role:
- Oversee sales operations across multiple territories in a region.
- Ensure revenue targets are met.
- Manage a team of Territory Business Managers (TBMs).
- Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams.
Area Marketing Manager (AMM)
- Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture or equivalent
- Experience: 8+ years in the pesticides business
- Locations: Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Gujarat
- Job Role:
- Drive demand generation through field-level marketing activities.
- Lead farmer engagement programs.
- Promote brand awareness and product adoption.
Territory Business Manager (TBM)
- Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture or equivalent
- Experience: 5+ years in the pesticides business

- Job Role:
- Drive sales within an assigned territory.
- Manage distributor relationships.
