We’re seeking dedicated individuals for the following role:
Position Details
- Designation: Trainee Operator to Operator
- Department: Production (Injectable Manufacturing)
- Qualification: B.Pharma or M.Pharma
- Experience: 0-5 years
- Location: Hyderabad (Sultanpur)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
- Handle line activities for manufacturing injectables (Pre-Filled Syringes – PFS & Large Volume Parenterals – LVP).
- Perform aseptic operations with a basic understanding of sterile processes.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure efficient equipment operation.
- Control and adjust machine settings to maintain optimal line speed.
- Manage accurate production and packaging changeovers per the schedule.
- Maintain a clean work area and equipment before and after shifts.
- Execute Cleaning in Place (CIP) and Sterilization in Place (SIP) processes.
- Remove damaged products or supplies as needed.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of aseptic operations and injectable manufacturing.
- Ability to troubleshoot and adjust machinery.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
