Role Details
Research Associate – Cell Line Development
- Experience: 1-3 years in cell line development, with expertise in CHO/HEK and mammalian cells.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in experimental design.
- Develop and validate methods and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform experiments with high precision, reproducibility, and quality control.
- Generate and maintain accurate records in a timely manner.
- Report progress, issues, and bottlenecks to drive process improvements.
Research Associate – Downstream Processing
- Experience: 1-3 years in downstream processing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain stocks and working buffers.
- Purify recombinant products using chromatography (IEX, IMAC, preparative HPLC).
- Conduct ultrafiltration and diafiltration using various molecular weight cut-off cassettes.
- Analyze in-process and finished product samples via HPLC.
- Maintain instruments, manage data, prepare reports, and update lab notebooks.
Senior Research Associate / Scientist – Purification & HPLC
- Experience: 5+ years, with at least 3 years in lab or pilot-scale mammalian downstream processing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop processes for purification of recombinant products using chromatography and filtration techniques.
- Establish analytical methods for recombinant products via chromatography.
- Perform ultrafiltration and diafiltration with different molecular weight cut-off cassettes.
- Analyze samples using HPLC and support cross-functional activities.
- Maintain equipment, manage data, prepare reports, and update lab notebooks.
