We’re seeking a skilled professional to lead and conduct in vivo efficacy studies in our Immuno Oncology group. This full-time, permanent role offers a chance to contribute to cutting-edge drug discovery at our state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Research Scientist / Team Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing our oncology research. Your duties will include:
- Independently conducting in vivo efficacy studies in mouse models (subcutaneous tumor xenografts, allografts, humanized models), including dosing, tissue collection, and biomarker estimation.
- Performing hands-on techniques such as flow cytometry, protein western blotting, and mRNA analysis.
- Cultivating cancer cell lines in the lab with strong aseptic techniques.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support drug discovery projects in a preclinical setting.
Eligibility Criteria
We’re looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
- Qualification: Ph.D. in Oncology or Immuno-Oncology.
- Experience: 2-5 years in a drug discovery industry or CRO, preferably in a preclinical setting.
- Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in in vivo oncology models and related techniques.
- Proficiency in flow cytometry, western blotting, and mRNA analysis.
- Experience growing cancer cell lines with excellent lab practices.
