Job Description
Operational Responsibilities
- Oversee structure fabrication as per drawings and site conditions.
- Supervise equipment erection according to layout drawings.
- Execute piping work based on P&ID and site conditions.
- Verify project estimates and manage execution within timelines.
- Participate in HAZOP studies for safety compliance in major projects.
- Initiate purchase requisitions as per BOM and WBS.
- Track materials through MPS and coordinate with the purchase team.
- Inspect procured items before use and ensure no material wastage.
- Monitor project execution with good manufacturing practices and schedule adherence.
- Reconcile balance material and verify contractor measurements and bills.
- Conduct PSSR of installed equipment and ensure HAZOP compliance.
- Monitor work permits and maintain zero-incident work culture.
- Ensure proper housekeeping at the project site and contractor yard.
Financial Responsibilities
- Assist in budget preparation and cost tracking.
- Implement cost-saving measures during project execution.
People Responsibilities
- Maintain high morale among the workforce.
