Job Description
Responsibilities
As a Senior Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer requests while meeting all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to Turnaround Time (TAT), productivity, and quality. This role requires active participation in team-building activities, which are crucial for fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment. Your ability to adapt to learning newer technologies and changing business needs will be essential.
Moreover, you will collaborate with teams to bring in process improvements or innovative ideas, contributing to the continuous enhancement of operational efficiency. This role entails working from the office for five days a week, ensuring you are available to support the team and clients effectively.
Preferred Experience
While the primary requirement is 1-3 years of experience, having relevant experience in the banking or finance domain is considered a plus. This background can provide an additional edge in understanding the complexities and specific needs of clients in these sectors.
