Job Description: What You’ll Do

As the Senior Business Development Manager at Eccentric Clinical Research, you’ll lead strategic initiatives to expand our footprint and achieve revenue goals. Here’s a breakdown of your responsibilities:

  • Key Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Market Insights: Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Strategic Input: Provide recommendations on pricing strategies, service differentiation, and untapped market opportunities.
  • Industry Representation: Represent Eccentric at conferences, networking events, and exhibitions to enhance our brand presence.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals.
  • Proposal Oversight: Manage the creation of RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFIs (Request for Information), and client proposals.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate contracts to ensure profitability and compliance with company policies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance, revenue growth, and business forecasts using analytics.
  • CRM Maintenance: Keep the Customer Relationship Management database updated with client interactions.
