Instrumentation Engineer – Digital Process Excellence
Job Overview
- Location: Bangalore

- Bachelors / Masters in Electronics and Instrumentation, Computer Science, or IT
- 3-5 years of experience
Technical Requirements
- Ensure smooth GxP IT operations at the site, providing support to maintain business continuity and achieve 100% uptime for GxP IT functions.
- Conduct periodic reviews and governance of IT systems to validate ongoing compliance and effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot instrument software, including EMPOWER, FTIR, ICDAS, SCIEX Analyst, Agilent CDS, SEPAX-C PRO, BD FACSUITE, LOVO, DENOVIX, Osmometer, and Nucleon Cell.
- Manage GxP Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy Object (GPO) design and administration.
- Support cGMP/GLP/GCP audits conducted at the site.
- Provide desktop/laptop support, PC hardware troubleshooting, L1 Active Directory management, and networking (LAN/WAN) maintenance.
- Handle printer support, Windows 7/8/10 installation and troubleshooting, MS Office, Outlook, Exchange, and antivirus installation/updates.
- Execute computer system validation and maintain good documentation practices.
- Qualify servers, prepare operating procedures, and manage Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
- Verify audit trails and event logs, ensuring privileges align with GxP requirements.
- Perform additional tasks as delegated by the reporting manager or designated authority.
