Quality Assurance (IPQA)
Position: Executive & Senior Executive
- Qualifications: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc.
- Experience: 3-9 years
Required Skills:
- Providing line clearances during manufacturing activities (dispensing, manufacturing, visual inspection, packing, dispatch)
- Collecting and submitting in-process, finished product, stability, control, and cleaning samples
- Conducting AQL inspections and periodic control sample inspections
- Reviewing executed batch manufacturing records, packing records, and protocols
- Preparing and evaluating visual inspection defect sets, test sets, and qualifying visual inspectors
- Exposure to QMS elements (CAPA, Change Control, Deviation)
Production Pharma
Officer & Senior Officer
- Qualifications: Diploma or B.Sc.
- Experience: 2-6 years
Required Skills:
- Operating and cleaning vial washing machines, depyrogenation tunnels, terminal sterilization, vial filling/sealing machines, and PFS filling machines
- Operating and cleaning lyophilizers with auto loading/unloading systems (ALUS)
- Exposure to aseptic processes, techniques, filling, sealing, and media filling activities
- Knowledge of manufacturing and compounding execution
Executive & Senior Executive
- Qualifications: B.Pharm or M.Pharm
- Experience: 2-7 years
Required Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing, filtration, filling, lyophilization, sealing, and pre/post-manufacturing activities
- Planning and executing batch manufacturing, filling, lyophilization, sealing, and filtration integrity
- Monitoring NVPC and trending
- Documenting shop floor activities
- Planning and executing aseptic media fill simulations and interventions
Quality Control
Position: Executive
- Qualifications: B.Pharm or M.Sc. (Injectables)
- Experience: 3-5 years
Required Skills:
- Creating Caliber LIMS masters
- Handling biological assays (Antifactor Xa, Antifactor IIIa)
- Assaying Heparin Sodium and Enoxaparin Sodium (preferred)
- Analyzing in-process, finished product, stability, and raw material samples
- Operating HPLC/GC with Empower software, UV Visible instruments, KF, and Potentiometers with Tiamo software
- Managing IR instruments, Polarimeters, Melting Point Apparatus, and Ion Chromatography
- Handling AAS, ICP-MS, and NMR instruments
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance for lab instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, IR, IC, AAS, ICP-MS, NMR, KF, Potentiometer, TOC)
