Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control (QC): Calibration and analysis of raw materials (RM), finished products (FP), and packaging materials (PM); expertise with QC instruments.
- QA/QC (Microbiology): Environmental monitoring (EM), media fill, visual inspection, aseptic area monitoring, water/bioburden/sterility/BET testing, equipment IQ/OQ/PQ, and biological reactivity testing.
- Quality Assurance (QA): In-process QA (IPQA), Quality Management Systems (QMS), compliance, and process validation.
- Engineering (Executive): Maintenance of tablet plant, utility systems, and water systems.
- Engineering (Technician): Maintenance of parenteral plant, PLC-SCADA programming, automation, and QMS support.
